Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
